Administrator Salary: £11.80 Per Hour Hours: 09:00 till 17:00 Employment Type: On going work Igloo are currently recruiting for an administrators for our client based in Coventry (CV6). Our customer is a logistics company who deal with the logistics and distribution of automotive parts and products all over the UK and Europe. The Role: * Working in the customs and tax team * Following Strict Guidelines set by the HMRC * Receive and process invoices and transportation documents ready for customs declarations * Data entry using inhouse software and Microsoft packages * Speaking to customer and internal departments about any query’s and making sure they are resolved in a timely manor * Other Duties as and when required What kind of person we are looking for?: * Administration experience * Customs experience or experience with tax is desirable but not essential * Very strong computer skills as most of the job will be using a computer * Strong communication skills, as you will be speaking and emailing customers and internal departments * Can work on their own or in a team * Well organised What we can offer: * Full on the job training * Weekly pay * Help and support from our team of consultants If you are interested in the position, please click on the apply button and upload a copy of your CV
