About the Role: Our Automotive RCV client is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes while supporting the wider team. Key Responsibilities: * Collate and check technicians' documentation within agreed timescales. * Maintain and update various contract service schedules in line with customer requirements. * Type up technicians' reports into the system. * Finalise parts used and hours charged on jobs. * Update technicians' daily hours on the database. * Close completed jobs and file accordingly. * Review and process service invoices. * Support the Centre Administration team in the day-to-day running of the office. * Complete necessary or relevant company reports. * Ensure the office is presented professionally at all times. * Actively seek to improve product knowledge. * Operate within company guidelines and procedures. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the automotive, transport, or engineering sector. * Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. * Understanding of vehicle compliance or maintenance schedules (desirable but not essential)
