Responsibilities Daily tasks would include: Maintaining CRM system Answering phone calls and emails Setting up client files which would include emailing clients for relevant documentation Calling various lenders to obtain updates on client’s mortgage applications. Photocopying and scanning documents. Booking in mortgage appointments Dealing with mortgage enquiries either by phone or email. Uploading documents to various lenders portals for mortgage applications. Contacting solicitors to obtain updates on purchase applications. Maintaining client tracking sheets with updates on mortgage applications. Attention to detail essential Qualifications [Basic IT skills I.E excel and word. Previous administrative experience preferred. Hours : Preferred 9-5 (would accept school hours 9-2:30pm for the right candidate) Monday - Friday Salary : Dependant on experience
