Account Support Executive Basic £29.5k, OTE circa £35k Hatfield Permanent/Full Time Monday to Friday (08.30am – 5.30pm with Wednesday working from home) Our client located in Hatfield, is on the lookout for an Account Support Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the motor trade and will be able to provide an exceptional service, going above and beyond. Your main responsibility will be to follow the vehicle from build through to delivery once the Sales Executives have sold a car. Duties & Responsibilities: * Once a Sales Executive has sold a car, the Account Support Executive will need to follow the vehicle from build through to delivery. * Keeping the customer/leasing company/brokers up to date on progress. * Completing all paperwork once the vehicle arrives in the UK. * Arranging delivery of vehicles. * Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.
