Account Manager North East England/East Anglia/Midlands Manufacturing/Distribution Work From Home/On the Road Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing client with multiple sites across England, we are looking to introduce an account manager into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market. Reporting to the Business Director, you will assist in managing a set of accounts and building and maintaining customer relationships. As you grow in the role, you will gradually take on more responsibility with the guidance of experienced team members Responsibilities: * Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers * Develop business with new and existing clients * Ensure delivery of Revenue, Margin and Volume targets * Implement strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve target * Prospect and develop new accounts using structured and effective preparation, presentation and negotiation techniques Requirements: * Experience selling into Automotive * Strong communication skills with the ability to learn to communicate, present, and influence at all levels * Organisation and planning skills with the ability to plan and work to deadlines * Field experience preferred Benefits: * Company car * Exceptional bonus scheme * Flexible working around core hours of 9am – 5pm * Career development opportunities * Generous holiday allowance with buy/sell holiday scheme
