Series A French tech company specialising a competency management startup embarking on its UK expansion journey. As the inaugural member of our UK team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their market presence. Your influence will be instrumental in our strategic approach, targeting major UK enterprises, acquiring key accounts, and establishing a consistent revenue stream. Key Responsibilities: * Source and promote the value proposition of the clients solution. * Guide the marketing department's BDR prospecting and lead generation efforts. * Identify, engage, and convert prominent brands within target sectors such as Financial Services, Aerospace & Defense, and Utilities. * Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the Customer Success teams. * Maintain accurate records in an internal sales tools (Hubspot) and facilitate transparent internal communication. * Identify use cases and present compelling business cases tailored to customers' needs. Reporting Line: This role will report to the Head of Sales based in France.
