Got people are recruiting for a workshop Supervisor GENERIC RESPONSIBILITIES To manage and coordinate the effective use of labour, parts and other resources in respect of; diagnostics, inspections, service and repair of vehicles, plant and equipment, in a safe, efficient and economical manner with due regard to current legislation, the company's maintenance policy, Health & Safety Policies. To ensure that all work carried out is to a high standard with a focus on inspection, compliance and legal requirements, whilst ensuring these services are delivered within the company's framework of quality standards, performance targets and budgetary controls. Support the Transport Manager, and others in the management team as part of the service team, in delivering the corporate vision, values and strategic priorities of the company. Act as adviser to the Transport Manager, Head of Service, Director and senior management on the allocated service. Work in collaboration with other services, and senior management to ensure that services are joined up appropriately and are aligned to the achievement of the Company's aims and objectives.
