Their corporate fleet is integral to our operations, and we're seeking a dedicated and skilled Workshop Mechanic to join their team. Key Responsibilities Perform regular inspections, servicing, and repairs on a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment. Diagnose mechanical faults and troubleshoot complex issues across a wide range of vehicles. Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, following health and safety protocols and company policies. Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation of all repairs and inspections. Work closely with the fleet management team to ensure the timely servicing and availability of vehicles. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to avoid unplanned downtime and costly repairs. Ensure all workshop tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment. Requirements Proven experience as a mechanic, ideally within a corporate or fleet environment. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, engines, and diagnostics. Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, and specialised equipment. Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Good understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and repair procedures. Ability to follow written instructions and technical manuals. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
