Essential Skills and Experience: * Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent technical experience). * Valid MOT Tester licence. * Proven leadership or supervisory experience within an automotive workshop environment. * Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed operational targets and KPIs. * Strong understanding of automotive compliance standards and workshop management systems. * Full, valid UK driving licence.
