We are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of temperature-controlled vehicle rental solutions, specializing in refrigerated transport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hands-on professional to oversee workshop operations, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and manage daily workshop activities, ensuring efficiency and prompt issue resolution. * Build strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and provide expert guidance. * Oversee pricing, quotes, and invoicing to ensure competitive and sustainable services. * Set and track key performance metrics to maintain operational excellence. * Work closely with external partners to ensure efficient procurement and compliance. * Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to industry regulations and health & safety protocols. * Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled technical team, driving professional growth and high performance. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident in handling customer interactions, managing suppliers, and driving operational improvements. Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in workshop management and vehicle maintenance. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage technical teams. * Solid understanding of health & safety regulations in a workshop setting. * Experience managing budgets, costs, and profit & loss. * Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Desirable Skills: * Experience supporting operational and strategic decisions. * Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and process improvements. * Project management experience within fleet operations.
