In this role, you will oversee the workshop, ensuring efficient operations and upholding exceptional standards of customer satisfaction.  You will be responsible for: Efficiently allocate tasks to vehicle technicians. Supervise and support a team of technicians. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Uphold and improve high service standards. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role. NVQ Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair (Essentail) Passion for automotive sector. Strong leadership and organisational abilities. Valid UK driving licence.
