Workshop Manager PPF Installations Bishops Stortford Up to £45k Our client is the country’s leading PPF specialist working with a wide range of luxury car brands including Porsche, Aston Martin, Range Rover and Mercedes As part of their growth, they are working with us here at Better People to find a dynamic Workshop Manager to liaise between dealership clients and the workshop, booking in and scheduling PPF installation work, taking responsibility for materials, maximising time, costs and efficiency to ensure that work deadlines are achieved and PPF installations are to the highest standards. Ideal Candidates Will have an understanding and ideally experience of working with PPF ( nice to have but not essential) Will have worked in a similar role maybe as a Workshop Mgr or Scheduling Mgr or Service Manager Will be computer literate and tech savvy Might even have some ideas to bring and be ready to put in new system improvements Will be great on the phone and able to manage a high volume of calls Will be customer focussed and able to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Will be A car driver with a clean licence Will be good with people as this is a team role where cooperation and working together is essential.
