Hours of work Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Pay £27,2K Duties: To provide a comprehensive clerical support services to the technical operation; ensuring accurate ECD monitoring and KPI's are met for job completion. Workshop planning activities ensuring jobs are worked in optimised order To monitor and track all KPI's against plan, providing timely and accurate reports in all areas including planned hours, performance levels etc. Organise work for optimised loading into relevant technical area ensuring best fit for work type while maintaining work levels with areas resulting in a focus on improved productivity levels Directing and supporting FLMs in best fit work streams and volumes in line with the defined business values Ensuring vehicle queues are monitored and optimised into next work area to ensure smooth flow of all work stream Accountable for delivering a high quality, customer focussed service with workshop planning Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and effectively deployed (productivity/efficiency/holidays/shift/sickness) Facilitate effective verbal and non-verbal communication processes across all levels Actively champion a culture of continuous improvement Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to meet contractual terms, providing evidence and supporting information to agree KPI performance with the customer Responsibilities: To ensure the quality of service described and laid down in the various working procedures is adhered to and improved upon were possible To be aware of the Company's responsibilities in relation to Health & Safety and its accreditation to ISO 9001.
