Position Overview: * Providing comprehensive clerical support to the technical operation. * Ensuring accurate ECD monitoring and meeting KPIs for job completion. * Planning workshop activities to ensure jobs are worked in an optimized order. * Monitoring all KPIs against the plan, providing timely and accurate reports in all areas including planned hours and performance levels. * Organizing work for optimized loading into the relevant technical areas. * Ensuring vehicle queues are monitored and optimized into the next work area to ensure the smooth flow of all work streams. * Being accountable for delivering high-quality, customer-focused service with workshop planning. * Ensuring company policies are communicated, applied and effectively deployed * Facilitating effective verbal and non-verbal communication processes across all levels. * Undertaking all administration functions associated with the planning functions and their application. * Actively championing a culture of continuous improvement. * Managing (KPIs) to meet contractual terms, providing evidence and supporting information .
