This is a hands-off role, ideal for a professional with experience in workshop management, skilled in communication, and dedicated to delivering excellent service and operational flow. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30 am - 1:00 pmResponsibilities and Duties: Oversee and coordinate all workshop activities to ensure efficiency and high standards. Act as a liaison between front-of-house staff and workshop technicians to maintain clear communication and expectations. Plan and schedule work, ensuring optimal workload distribution. Maintain an organised workflow to meet both client and business needs. Monitor job progress and address any issues to ensure deadlines are met. Uphold health and safety standards within the workshop.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a similar Workshop Controller or management role within the automotive sector. Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between teams. Ability to manage a high-volume environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
