We are looking for a Workshop control / customer assistance candidate. You will have vehicle technician experience to a minimum level 3 in light vehicle repair You will also need to have excellent customer service skills. The role is to be a Workshop controller and in addition to be the face of the workshop for the customer who comes into the service department with an issue that needs diagnosing. This my be something really small ie a bulb replacement or a something bigger maybe diagnosing a engine management light to find a fault. Most of the time these customer issues are easy fixes and we want someone who can be professional and courteous to resolve these issues. If the car needs booking in then the service advisor will take over from there. The idea is so that the workshop isn't backed up with jobs that can be rectified very quickly relieving the backlog on the daily workload. Also you will be in control of the workshop making sure the jobs are getting completed to manufacture standards. A full job spec is available to suitable candidates. You will need Full uk driving licence (preferably clean) Minimum Level 3 certification in light vehicle repair MANDATORY  Great customer service skills and technical knowledge You must also live within a reasonable commuting distance of Coventry This salary for this role is circa £32,000 but this is experience dependent there is also a bonus in place to increase the salary to £36,000
