Duties include: Reporting to the service manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing workshop scheduling and motivating technicians towards better efficiencies and quality. To assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to the highest possible customer satisfaction To distribute and control the issue of work to the technicians To ensure the accurate completion of all relevant documentation for each repair Requirements: Ability to work well under pressure and towards daily targets Previous experience within a Vehicle Technician and workshop controller role Full Clean UK Driving Licence Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Please contact us today with your updated CV
