In this role, you will lead a team of Technicians to ensure maximum workflow efficiency and productivity. Your primary objective will be to ensure repairs are completed promptly and accurately, maintaining the highest standards of quality to meet our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities * Lead a team of Technicians to maximise workflow and productivity. * Ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs. * Maintain the highest standards of quality for customer satisfaction. * Support in carrying out necessary repairs during team absences, such as holidays. * Oversee health and safety regulations and ensure safe working practices within the workshop. * Carry out quality control checks to ensure repairs meet BSI PAS 10125 standards. About You The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: * Extensive understanding of the repair industry, vehicle legislation, and trade practices, preferably from an accident repair background. * Supervisory experience is highly desirable. * Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, including EPA provisions and Risk Assessments. * Experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment with a focus on producing compliant, high-quality work. * Proven ability to plan and prioritise work, as well as delegate tasks effectively. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
