This is a key role within the aftersales team, focused on driving workshop efficiency, maximising productivity, and maintaining high standards of work. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop * Allocate work effectively based on technician skill set and workload * Monitor productivity and ensure KPIs and targets are achieved * Support, motivate, and manage the workshop team * Liaise with Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow * Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards * Maintain health & safety compliance within the workshop About You * Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician stepping up * Strong technical knowledge and understanding of workshop operations * Proven ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively * Leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance * Strong organisational and communication skills * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * £37,000 – £52,000 salary (depending on experience) * Busy, high-volume workshop with consistent workflow * Supportive management and team environment * Ongoing training and development * Excellent career progression opportunities
