Workshop Controller Feltham £42,000 – £45,000 basic + up to £5,000 bonus Monday–Friday 7am–5pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays (7am–12pm) The Opportunity Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their busy Feltham site. You’ll manage job flow through the workshop, allocate work to the right technicians, and ensure all repairs are completed on time and to manufacturer standards. This is a key role within the operation, working closely with the Service Manager and Group Technical Manager. No two days are the same, you’ll need to be organised, proactive, and confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
