About the role As Workshop Controller you will * Plan and organising workflows * Ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams * Undertake quality inspections * Update customers on repair methods and estimated completion dates * Work closely with vehicle damage assessors to achieve optimum sales * Undertake staff reviews Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance What we look for * The drive and passion to deliver high quality repairs and customer outcomes * Someone who can work as part of a team with minimal supervision * Knowledge of modern repair methods with an ability to maximise repair opportunities * Commercial awareness - ability to maximise productivity/profit * Willingness to embrace best practices * Qualification and hand-on technical experience About you Highly organised with a detailed understating of repair methods and with a proven track of running bodyshop production teams.
