Windscreen Diagnostic Technician Location: Exeter, Devon We are looking for an experienced Windscreen and ADAS Diagnostic Technician to join our client in Devon. The job in a nutshell up to £48,000 per annum Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm Devon Benefits of this offer Great working environment Competitive Salary Overtime available 28 days / 5.6 weeks annual leave What we expect: Minimum Level 2 IMI in glass repair and replacement Previous ADAS experience with IMI accreditation if applying for ADAS role Full UK Driving Licence 5 Years MINIMUM glass fitting experience Fully checkable work history along with 2 x references Supervisory or management experience preferred / ability to work independently Can complete all administration / paperwork in an exacting manner Positive / can do attitude at all times / 'own' an issue until resolution Have stringent standards for yourself and others Self motivating / being able to see the 'bigger picture' / flexible in your approach Communicate with the team / your customers / our suppliers / the public in a professional manner Commitment  Extremely customer focussed / ability to exceed customer expectations Want to get ahead and create a real career rather than just have another job Want to be seen as someone at the top of your profession and to be financially rewarded as such
