Welder / Fabricator Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent Area - Loughborough Annual Earnings: £35100 - £37440 Contract Hours: 08:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday My client, a specialist in the repair and maintenance of Trucks and Trailers is actively seeking to employ a fully skilled and experienced Welder / Fabricator to work within their new build and refurb facility based in Loughborough. You will be required to undertake Welding / Fabricating on commercial vehicle bodies and chassis in a maintenance and refurbishment setting. Please find below the essential requirements that my client is looking for; KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Experience in MIG & TIG welding 1.6mm - 6mm depth. Experience working with Stainless Steel. SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES Ability to build and tack weld fabrication from a drawing and then complete welding Ability to spot visual faults in fabrications and correct them in a timely fashion. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. QUALIFICATIONS Welding/Fabrication Qualifications. Relevant intense welding training courses. Welding approval certificates.
