Warranty Controller

• Pay: Up to £30,500 Basic DOE
• Hours: 38 hours per week Monday - Friday ONLY. Early finish on Fridays too!

Warranty Controller required for our Automotive Client based in Dartford.

Our client is a British Motorsport Manufacturer and they are currently seeking a Warranty Controller to join their team.

For your hard work as a Warranty Controller our client is offering a salary of £30,500.

Hours of work for this Warranty Controller role are 38 hours per week Monday - Friday ONLY. Early finish on Fridays too!

Responsibilities of a Warranty Controller for our Client:

• Producing claims for work covered by Warranty by submission to the manufacturer
• Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
• Following up on warranty issues
• Answering Warranty related queries

The ideal Warranty Controller will

• Have a previous working experience within a Warranty Controller role
• Experience of DMS
• Strong Warranty Administration background, or have worked within service administration / workshop control
• Good organisational and communication skills
• An eye for detail
