Warranty Claims Specialist Bradford (Or surrounding area) CIRCA £25,000 Salary  MUST have a mechanical qualification Mon – Fri – 37.5hrs C&B Recruitment are currently working with a reputable company who are searching for knowledgeable Vehicle Technicians to assist their busy department in Bradford.  The office is based in Bradford, however work from home opportunities are available should you wish. They are willing to talk to candidates within a 25 mile radius including, Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Keighley, Skipton, Harrogate, Burnley, Colne, Barnsley, Castleford and locations in between. As a Claims Specialist you will be responsible for -    Log new Warranty claims made by the end user (Dealer, Workshop etc) -    Use your Mechanical/Technical knowledge to validate each claim -    Maintain strong relationships with Customer, Manufacturers and Dealerships/Workshops. -    Follow up on all Warranty Claims updating relevant personnel. -    Provide a suitable solution should a claim not be authorised (subject to training) Technical Claims Specialists (Warranty Claims Specialists) can work from home or be based in Bradford. You will need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 mechanical/Technical qualification ( Ideally a NVQ level 3 in Vehicle maintenance and repair) and be confident over the phone.
