Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching items. They will also be responsible for organising and monitoring storage space, maintaining inventory levels, and managing warehouse staff. Main Duties: Must have Experience in Packing Valuable Items * Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities and operations * Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse best practices * Ensure efficient processes are in place for the receiving and dispatching of goods * Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials * Ensure warehouse space is utilised effectively and kept clean and organised * Arrange warehouse handling equipment and load/unload goods * Resolve issues regarding shipped orders and liaise with other departments * Implement operational warehouse policies and procedures * Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity * Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline Qualification: * Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role * Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems * Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety regulations * Excellent leadership and people management skills * Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting heavy items * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
