A leading body shop repair company is seeking a Vehicle Transport Driver to provide professional transportation of a large range of makes and models, including prestige and high-value cars, between accident sites, repair centres, dealerships and customer locations. The Driver will need to have previous experience driving and handling prestige and high-value cars. In addition, you will have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Applications from ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged Key Responsibilities: Safely manoeuvre an enclosed transport trailer carrying a wide range of vehicles, including prestige and luxury cars Load and unload vehicles securely on trailers using appropriate equipment Conduct thorough pre-transport inspections to identify and report any existing damage Ensure all vehicles transported are handled with extreme care to avoid damage Deliver vehicles to designated locations Ensure timely transportation of vehicles Meet and liaise with customers providing a professional and courteous service Address customer queries or concerns with professionalism Adhere strictly to all legal and company policies Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment Assist with the upkeep of vehicles, equipment, and storage areas Driving in all weather conditions Knowledge, skills and qualifications: Essential: Valid full UK driving licence Experience towing trailers Ability and care in handling all vehicle types, especially prestige and high-value cars Strong customer service skills Good knowledge of vehicle securing methods, health and safety standards, and transport laws Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of work Good communication skills and attention to detail Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 DOE Benefits: To be discussed at interview
