CONTRACT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER – CARDIFF Position: Vehicle Technician Location: Cardiff, South Wales Rate: £24.00 Per Hour (Outside IR35) CONTRACT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER – THE ROLE: We are currently looking for a Tech / Tester to work at our client’s workshop on an ongoing contractual basis. You will be responsible for carrying out MOT Tests alongside service and repair work on a wide range of motor vehicles. The contract is outside IR35 and the rate on offer is £24.00 per hour. CONTRACT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER – SKILLS REQUIRED: * You must hold a valid MOT License. * Qualified to Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds or similar in the relevant disciplines. * Experience carrying out repair and service work to a variety of vehicles. * Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of mechanical & electrical vehicle faults. * Knowledge of health and safety practices in the workshop. * UK Driving License and possess your own tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work as part of a productive team. * Time management and organizational skills.
