A well-established automotive service centre is looking for an experienced and passionate Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join their workshop team. What You’ll Be Doing: * Carrying out vehicle health checks using advanced diagnostic tools. * Performing routine servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines. * Conducting repairs and ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards. * Completing warranty work following manufacturer requirements. * Preparing and testing new and used vehicles. * Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues. * Maintaining accurate service records and paperwork. * Ensuring the workshop remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations. What We’re Looking For: * NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). * A full and valid UK driving licence. * A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified technician. * Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Experience with diagnostic tools and EV technology (desirable but not essential). * MOT tester qualification (advantageous but not mandatory).
