Heritage PS Talent Solutions are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to work with our well established Automotive company, Leicester on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Service Manager your role will be to carry out all servicing and repairs on Vehicles. Main duties of the Vehicle Technician: Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical problems in automobiles Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance, following manufacturer guidelines and specifications Generating comprehensive reports on vehicle condition, completed work, and suggestions for future repairs or maintenance Working collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding service and meet customer expectationsRequirements of the Vehicle Technician: Equivalent to a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in automotive maintenance and repair, or a similar qualification, is required. Additionally, it is necessary to have demonstrated experience working in an automotive dealership or service centre Benefits of the Vehicle Technician: Competitive base salary, up to £34,000, based on qualifications and experience. Lucrative uncapped bonus structure, with an opportunity to earn over £40,000 annually. Attractive sign-on bonus of £1,000 in the first month and an additional £1,000 upon completion of probation.
