In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair a wide range of faults across various car makes and models. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, servicing, and MOT preparation. Utilise diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint complex technical problems. Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to customers, ensuring excellent communication. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Continuously develop your skills by attending relevant training courses (provided by the dealership).Requirements: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician (ideally within a dealership environment). Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems. Experience using diagnostic equipment and software. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
