Job Summary: We are currently seeking skilled Vehicle Technicians of all levels for our client in Carlisle. There are a number of different shift patterns working Monday and Thursday 16:00 to 01:30 finishing at 01:30 on a Friday. There are roles for the following : Prep technicians up to £31,500 Service Technicians up to £34,500 Senior Technicians up to £40,000 Master Technicians up to £40,000 The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections - Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles - Perform vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions - Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work done on vehicles Requirements: - Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in work For more information regarding these roles call Recruit Central or click "apply now" to receive a call back from one of the team
