Vehicle Technician - Prestige £42k starting salary + Bonus of circa £1,000 per month Competitive Basic salary Brand New Workshop Career Progression Our client is a prestige vehicle specialist based in Chelmsford, due to an ongoing controlled expansion they are looking for skilled and experienced Vehicle Technicians to join their team. This company are genuine experts in their field with hundreds of years of experience within its new state-of-the-art workshop, we are looking to add further Skilled Technicians to cope with a growing workload. Role Description: Used vehicle pre-delivery inspections. Primary and secondary diagnosis of vehicle faults. Mechanical preparation/repair of reported faults. Person Specification: Work as both part of a team and on own initiative. Excellent knowledge of electrical components and operation. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Hold an NVQ level 3 in motor vehicle repair or similar. Strong diagnostic skills. Experience in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment. Computer literate. Hold a current and clean Full UK driving licence. Prestige Brand experience would be an advantage. Package and Hours Starting basic salary of £42k basic which is regularly reviewed Around £1,000 per month bonus £54k OTE - Top earners are earning close to £70k OTE.
