We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join one of the UK's most innovative electric vehicle manufacturers. Based in London, this permanent position offers roles for both Vehicle Technicians and Master Technicians. As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and servicing products. Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on products, including pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles. - Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines. - Undertake diagnostic activities to identify and resolve customer vehicle issues. - Ensure all vehicle servicing activities are completed safely and to a high standard, following manufacturer requirements. - Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing exceptional customer service. - Conduct electronic visual health checks on all vehicles and provide comprehensive reports with expert advice and recommendations. - Complete necessary documentation for warranty work and maintain a clean and safe work bay. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: - Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. - Qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of delivering results as an automotive technician within the franchised automotive sector. - Experience supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business. - Must have own tools and a clean, valid UK Driving License.
