Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician for our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis. Our client is a highly reputable, independent, and family run garage who invests and values their staff. Roles & Responsibilities * Performing a variety of tasks within the automotive workshop ranging from basic services through to much larger jobs * Repairing cylinder heads and gaskets * Replacing cambelts, removing gearboxes and changing clutches * Providing excellent customer service * Working on a variety of vehicles * Working in a busy automotive workshop Experience, education & qualifications * Professional track record as a vehicle technician * Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3, but candidates with Level 2 will also be considered * Full UK Driving license * Own basic tools Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5:30pm (no weekends). In return our client offers a salary from £40,000 per annum DOE + bonuses, with a highly reputable training programme.
