This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician who is passionate about electric vehicles, diagnostics, and future automotive technology. The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking workshop working on modern EV and hybrid vehicles with excellent earning potential and long-term progression available. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / EV Technician Tesla experience highly desirable Level 3 Qualified Technician High Voltage Qualification advantageous Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability Confident working independently and within a team Full UK Driving Licence THE ROLE: • Carrying out servicing, maintenance & repairs on EV / Hybrid vehicles • Advanced diagnostics and fault finding • Battery, electrical and high-voltage system repairs • Supporting workshop efficiency and first-time fix targets • Working with the latest manufacturer technology and tooling • Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction WHAT’S ON OFFER: £45,000 Basic Salary £60,000+ realistic OTE Modern workshop & equipment Stable, growing business Strong management support High earning potential for productive technicians Interviews are being booked immediately with the hiring manager
