You must also be able to provide an excellent customer service, and be able to explain the results of the tests and any necessary repairs in a clear and concise manner.  To excel in this role, you will need to have: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, or time served experience Experience in a workshop setting, delivering relevant services A full driving licence with no more than 9 pointsFurthermore, this role provides excellent career progression opportunities.
