They are looking for an experienced service technician to join their team, to carry out servicing, repairs and fittings to a range of pickups from the customer and client base. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience diagnosing faults, servicing, repairing and carrying out fittings to a variety of vehicles. Full manufacturer training will be provided, but baseline experience is essential. Duties of the Vehicle Technician / Mechanic: Servicing the range of vehicles the business works with Diagnosing and identifying faults on the vehicles Carrying out inspection tests and keeping accurate records of the results Providing fantastic customer service Carrying out repairs of the motor vehicles Carrying out pre-delivery inspections of the vehicles Following all health and safety procedures Working individually and as part of a team Required experience of the Vehicle Technician / Mechanic: Previous experience in a similar environment (garage, workshop, etc.) Experience working on a variety of commercial vehicles Previous diagnostic and fault finding experience Strong IT skills A full UK drivers licence
