Communicate with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control. Provide expert technical advice to customers. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure top-notch customer service. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance. Motor industry experience.
