As a Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic , you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements - Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles - Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential problems or safety concerns - Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and installations - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks - Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends Hours for the Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic : Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. NO SATURDAYS! You will need to be level 3 qualified, have your own tools and a full UK driving license. You also need previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic in a main, franchised or independent dealership / workshop .
