Role: Vehicle Technician Location: Isle of Man Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic plus bonus Richard Abson group are working with a successful multi-franchise dealership on the Isle of Man and looking for experienced Technician to join their team. Benefits of the role: * Relocation Incentive * Excellent bonus structure with high OTE * Pension * No more than 20% tax The Role: * Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency * Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard * Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards * Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised, and safe from hazards to health and safety The right candidate: * Experience working for a main dealership, fast fit centre or something similar * NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) * Excellent customer service skills * Be self-motivated with ability to achieve your targets * Work to a consistent professional standard. * Must have a Driving License If this role appeals to you then please apply now or send your CV to Emma Stretton at Richard Abson Group
