Vehicle Technician * Location: Rugby * Salary: £42,000 * Driver Licence Required: Yes * Working Hours: 47.5 hours a week – 2/4 Saturdays as overtime • 7am – 5pm (weekdays) • 7am – 12pm (Saturdays) Company: Our client is the UK’s fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket. You will work in a busy preparation centre working with and alongside a variety of specialist teams. Our client’s Prep Centre processes over 1,600 vehicles a month and services 8 Stores around the UK. What We're Looking For: * Full UK driving license. * A keen eye for detail and recognising the importance of giving every car in our workshop the highest standard of care. * A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members to overcome challenges and solve problems quickly. * A huge passion for learning and keeping up with industry innovations to help you perform at your best. * Communication with Worksop Controller/Manager to ensure that quality repairs are carried out on all vehicles. * Strong technical background with experience of working as motor vehicle mechanic in similar role. * Good communication skills. * Ability to carry out repairs efficiently and to a high level of quality. * A minimum of NVQ L3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent). * A qualified diagnostic technician, preferably multi-brand. * Must be fully trained and be able to demonstrate both speed & quality of work.
