Salary Structure Junior / Inexperienced Technician Basic Salary: £27,000 OTE: £34,000 Experienced Technician Basic Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 OTE: £43,000 - £45,000 Diagnostic / Master Technician Basic Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 OTE: £45,000 - £48,000 The Role As part of a highly experienced aftersales team, you'll be responsible for: Servicing, maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to manufacturer standards. Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults. Completing warranty and routine servicing work. Carrying out vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where appropriate. Using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment and repair methods. Maintaining accurate workshop records and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. Supporting apprentices and junior technicians where appropriate. The Ideal Candidate You'll ideally have: Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within either a franchised dealership or independent workshop. MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential). Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship. A full UK Driving Licence. Why Apply?
