We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of a Vehicle Technician at their established dealership in Worthing, West Sussex. This role presents an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive technicians to advance their careers within a busy and reputable workshop environment. Benefits: Competitive basic salary starting from £30,000 depending on experience, with the potential to earn up to £35,000 OTE of up to £38,000 annually, including private workshop use Working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday No weekend work, with the opportunity to utilise the workshop for private jobs on Saturday mornings 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing by one day every three years Clear pathways for career development within a respected dealershipDuties of a Vehicle Technician: Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle faults efficiently Ensure repairs and servicing are completed to a high standard Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out Comply with health and safety regulations at all times Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice when necessaryRequirements of a Vehicle Technician: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician MOT tester certification is desirable but not essential Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Professional attitude with excellent attention to detailThis is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician seeking a stable and well-regarded employer in Worthing.
