Vehicle Technician Location: Grimsby Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 basic (DOE) + bonus (OTE £55,000+) Hours: Monday – Friday + Saturday rota (1 in 3) The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a busy and reputable automotive site in Grimsby for an experienced Vehicle Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established workshop offering strong earning potential and ongoing manufacturer training. You will be responsible for servicing, diagnostics and repairs, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within allocated time frames. Key Responsibilities * Servicing and routine maintenance * Mechanical repairs (brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts, etc.) * Fault finding and diagnostics using manufacturer equipment * Completing vehicle health checks * Working efficiently to meet productivity targets * Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures About You * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance * Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic * Confident in diagnostics and fault finding * Full UK Driving Licence * MOT Licence (desirable but not essential) What’s on Offer * Competitive basic salary + bonus structure * Ongoing training and career progression * Company pension scheme * 22 days holiday + bank holidays * Stable, supportive workshop environment
