Recruitment Solutions are working with a prestigious market leading Motor Car Dealership in Didcot, Oxfordshire. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a number of Vehicle Technicians on a permanent basis. This role would be ideal for anyone with a keen interest in vehicle maintenance who wants to progress their career to the next level with a household name in the industry. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out diagnostic work and repair and service all makes of vehicles * General servicing and maintenance of used cars and commercial vehicles * New and used car/van PDI inspections * Carry out MOT Testing (If qualified) * Conduct vehicle road tests to diagnose possible faults * Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, this work may include warranty approved work in line with our brand parameters Candidate Expectations: * Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise to work at pace * A team-player who is comfortable operating with set processes and procedures * A qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry recognised qualification, ideally level 3 but level 2 will be considered (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent) * Ability to carry out MOT’s is desirable, but not essential as full training will be offered * Motivated, dedicated and organised with a focus on Health & Safety in the workplace * Tech savvy and confident using iPad software Working Hours,Days,Salary: * Monday to Friday * Weekend Availability * 45 hours per week * 1 Hours Lunch Break * £60k OTE Site Dependent Benefits: * 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays * In-house reward Scheme * Free eye care vouchers * Flexible working hours * Cycle to Work bike purchase scheme through salary exchange * Comprehensive in-house training with dedicated training department * Individual time saved, customer satisfaction and team bonus schemes If you're interested and available for this role - Please click on apply or contact Recruitment Solutions Similiar Roles: Mechanic, Master Technician, Tyre Fitter, Mot Tester Commutable Locations: Reading, Oxford, Witney, Abingdon, Didcot, Swindon, Bicester
