Vehicle Technician Location: Grays Hours: Monday – Friday 8-5:30pm 30 mins lunch Salary: £38,000 Basic plus bonus and overtime OTE £55,000   We are seeking a qualified vehicle technician (Level 3 or equivalent) who is also eager to be fast tracked to their MOT Testing license to join a busy, modern workshop environment in Grays.  This is a fast-paced role where you will work as part of a supportive aftersales team, using your technical expertise on everything from routine servicing to complex diagnostic work. You’ll liaise with service advisors and customers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while continuing to develop your technical knowledge through trainingWhat we’re looking for: To succeed as a vehicle technician, you’ll ideally hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence. Previous main dealer expereince is essential  You’ll also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, good organisation and time management, and the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
