NEW MOTOR TRADE ROLE Vehicle Technician – Leicester Salary: 34.5k + 38.5k OTE + BENEFITS YOLO Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Mechanic / Car Technician for our client’s busy dealership based in Leicestershire. You will be level 2 City and Guilds qualified as a minimum, have your own tools and a full UK driving license to be considered for this role. Duties: * Liaising with service staff to establish the problem in the vehicle * Inspecting vehicles to find faults * Using computer software to diagnose defects in the vehicle * Selecting appropriate parts for vehicle repairs * Fitting new parts and repairing damaged or worn out parts * Road testing vehicles before and after repairs * Evaluating costs and giving price estimates for repairs * Updating vehicle log books and providing appropriate paperwork Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00 every other Saturday 8.30 – 12.30.
