Bentley Technician- Bentley High Wycombe Ryland is currently seeking an experienced vehicle technician to work at their franchised Bentley dealership based in High Wycombe. An NVQ level 3 or above in vehicle maintenance and repairs is a must and experience in the Motor Trade and a current MOT licence would be advantageous. The role requires service and advanced diagnostic repair work as directed in accordance with documented processes. The ideal candidate must maintain the highest standards of workmanship in line with the latest technical guidance and ensure complete customer satisfaction. KEY TASKS AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Undertake the repair and servicing of Bentley motor cars * Carry out service and advanced diagnostic repair work as directed in accordance with documented processes * Analyse job cards to understand a vehicle’s condition * Maintain the highest standards of workmanship in line with the latest technical guidance * Document completed job cards ensuring hours and materials are accurately recorded * Drive and road test vehicles in a safe and professional manner Ability to detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repairs * Diagnose all faults and liaise with the After Sales Manager to determine any likely delays in completing the work * Test vehicles and provide a diagnostic report to the Service Advisor * Communicate with all other areas of the business affected by potential work requirement Responsible for ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard * Ensure the vehicle complies with industry safety standards when returned to the customer and any faults have been reported on the job card * Check the condition and ensure the correct maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials * Ensure all manufacturer and dealership policies and procedures are followed * Apply all health, safety and environmental policies are adhered to at all times * Ensure working area is kept clean and all equipment and special tools are in excellent working order Package : Dependent Upon Experience
