An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a leading automotive workshop located in Wigan. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative. Benefits: * Monday–Friday working hours – no weekends! * Supportive environment within a close-knit team (3 Technicians, 5 bays) * Complimentary refreshments (tea and coffee provided) * Statutory holiday entitlement * Genuine opportunity to develop within a reputable local business Duties: * Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles * MOT Testing * Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults. * Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest standards Requirements: * Previous experience as a vehicle technician or equivalent * A Current and Valid UK Driving License * Dedicated and committed approach. * Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work. The salary for this role is between £35,000 - £40,000 basic.
